I have the exact same problem! WTF!!! I'm so sick and tired of Ubisoft and their games being full of bugs!!! For christ sake, how can you miss something like that in beta! I had to put up with the **** load of bugs in LOMAC and SHII and now this junk! I'm so sick and tired of Ubisoft.
Actually, talk is cheap, I'm going to take action and write the Better Business Bureau about the **** that Ubisoft releases.

WTH is that? I got the Nivdia UZO/Binos bug, but not seen that so far...That is bad!!!
Looks as though thats the sunset/rise graphic gettin gaffed fer whatever reason.

Yeah, I'm with Mjollnir on that one. Looks like the sun or sun halo effect jpeg has become corrupted somehow so that the game reads it as if it's a solid object rather than semi-transparent.
