I've watched the video and I've read all I can find on forums. I can do the rest of the bathouse mission in stealth, but no matter what I try, I cannot seem to get to the last door before the guard comes in and he blows me away. Any suggestions on how I can get there faster.

or u could save a sticky shocker or ring air foil and knock him out...or place stickycam near the door and poof...

Thanks for your suggestions, but I've managed to do it now. I was jumping to the catwalk rather than just running, and nine times out of ten missing it.
Now I have enough time to get to the door and punch him in the side of the head as he comes through.
I could just shoot him, but it's more satisfying to do it with my bare hands (or should I say Sam's bare hands).
The speed that the last guard comes through the door is slightly random. Sometimes he comes through before you can even get to it at full speed. Sometimes he waits a LONG time before opening it (you have time to optic cable him and watch him chill). Sometimes it comes through the door and you just have to bash him - no time to use optic cable.
It's luck.
I noticed that Tetra, but I was getting so frustrated cos I could never make it in time, especially when your video made it look so easy. It was cos I was jumping to the catwalk and missing, then fumbling about trying to get back up
Do you lose percentage for knocking a civilian out? I interogated the civi in the bedroom before knocking him out, and have only got 87% for some reason.
No I'm fairly certain that it says either in a training video or in the manual that if you knock out a civilian you won't lose points. However I think that if you knock out too many guards and/or civilians, it realises you're doing a crappy job and deducts marks.
I'm fairly certain that you can KO every person on a level including civilians and still get 100%.
87% means you missed a secondary objective.
I know I was spotted once somewhere, but I don't think I've missed any objectives.
Oh well, it's back to the beginning and try again
