    I've just finished reading Gamespot's Preview and in the end of it, it says:
    "Heroes V is scheduled for release later this year."
    SO, is it really this year or next year??

    Discussion taking place here.

    Anyway, I doubt it'll be the year. The official announcement said early 2006. I think this year we'll have only the demo.
