Are skills stacked with weapons ie +2% and weapon+2% total =%4. I am a rogue and "m trying to decide if I want to increase critical skill in the tree. I already have the daggers that allow a %4 critical hit increase already.

they are actually multiplied, so 2 x 2 = 4% critical rate. Hah im not sure, I doubt any people would know, including the devs

I'm sure it's stacked, why would the sword with critical hit (nagasaka silksword) require critical hit if it wasn't?
