is there anyway to get a refund off ubisoft for this in the U.K. as i cant describe how much of a let down this half finished game was it needed to be at least double the length at least the game playability was useless as you had a set path to follow limited to only two or three key areas that where the beach the jungle and the hatch. the story was half baked no where near as well as it could of been. the flashbacks could of been more interactive and in depth. there was around 7 flashbacks each 2 or 3 minutes long not really they explained what your character did and how he came to see two of the main lost-ees. interactivity in this game happens with no one apart from kate, jack and locke. this annoyed me as charlie, claire, sawyer, sayid, hurley, boon (who is not seen at all) micheal, jin and sun all have major parts throughout the t.v. show (i apologies for missing any lost-ees). we do not hear of claire being kidnapped we don't hear of boon dying we get a reference to sawyer being tortured but that is all. the game does not stick along side the series at all we do not get to meet the tail section of the plane (though i am not sure the game reaches that far) we do not see or hear of the lost-ees moving up to nor do we even see the caves. no relationships evolve in front of us. the ending is so out of sync with the series its unbelievable.and finally the voices where so badly done on sayid, micheal, locke, sawyer and charlie it made me want to instantly stop playing. though jack, kate, claire and sun's voices were all nearly spot on. anyway now for the good parts if anyone is still reading it is a challenging game with lots of tasks some can get a bit trivial if you die and have to start again like the show down but all in all challenging for its length. escaping from the black smoke and racing to the boat at the end of the game where my favorite bits. having to trade for goods on the island seemed like a good idea but became a nuisance for collecting items. the plot of the actual game is good and would've been better if it was not set along the actual series which made the game disappointing but if say it was another flight on the island or such. the caves and torches were a good idea if you were in a cave for so long without light the "darkness" got you. the hiding in the banyan trees to avoid the black smoke was a brilliant idea taken out of the series. the flash backs were brilliant though not too interactive in progressing with your characters past and were set at key moments. the feel of the game was great as it was set out like real episodes and always started as one either with the zoom shot on the eye opening or setting the enigma right from the start. finally id just like to say it would've been fun to come across a polar bear but after everything iv experienced i would award this game (if it meant anything) a 4 out of 10 purely for the fact that it is half a game and not nearly long enough. the most complex part of the game is the fuses which they shouldn't be.

wow thats a big block of text, plus the fact is when you buy any game you take the chance on how good it is nobody has you at gun point saying you must buy this game, so to be honest I dont see why they should take the game back.

all im saying is ubisoft really should of thought this through before releasing such a poor game

but the majority of movie/tv games are always rubbish compaird to a normal game as they have to follow restraints given by the creators of the movie/tv show so if you want to blame any1 for content in the game you should complain to abc. as far as the voices go do you realy think ubisoft could affort to pay the lost actors?

no but they could of got a lot loser to the real voices im a manc and trust me the actor that does charlie is no where near as manc as he should be... and like i said the restraints didn't really have to be there i mean it could've been on a later crash or something and i know you wouldn't get the main characters but for a longer and better story it would of been worth it im just hoping they constant dlc with the new series though judging by the ending that wont happen

I didnt think charlie sounded very brittish at all never mind manc i would actualy bet on prety much the entire voice over cast being american.

yeah it was a shame really as i bet certain members of the cast would have given their voices for this game.....

I think it would be sweet if xbox live updated new levels as the series progressed and maybe put a little online community of survivors on it...like runescape but less gay

I totally agree, too short and too easy, the fuses were the hardest part which is lame considering the amount of potential this game had. My advice trade it in quick (if you have it) before everyone else does and the price comes down. However good graphics and its just such a shame they didn't do more.
