Thread: Fraustrating moments in SCCT | Forums

I really hate the Opportunity Objectives. Obviously, these are missions that forces you to explore the whole map. The thing is, it became too repetitive for me. I wished they changed every Opportunity Objective rather than sticking to the "scan 5 of these," "tap 4 of these," "disable 6 of these," "track 8 of these," etc.

I really got fraustrated because in 3 levels (cargo ship, battery, seoul 2) I missed "1 of X." I already finished all main objectives but I got stuck in a game of finders keepers for hours. I managed to finish all the objectives with the help of hints from other people/friends.

This is my first run of the single player campaign. I'm doing it at Expert level and trying to make it 100% as much as possible and limited saves. I don't even knockout enemies except for the required ones.
My knife is like AT&T. It wants to reach out and touch someone.

Frustrating moment: **MINOR SPOILER**

The furnace room of the Bathhouse. Those guards amazingly have the most advanced NVG ever ... they can see just fine in darkened AND brightly lit areas That little oversight makes it I think near impossible to get through that last part without any KO's.

i thought they were NVG`s aswell first time through *highlight*

When i first met them 3 guards in the shower room at the end of the bathhouse level, i shot out the lights, thinking they had NVG`s on but i was wrong. ( you can guess what happened ). I went back through the level and interrigated every guard i could. if i remember rightly, it was one of them who said that the men had thermal goggles on.

I have to agree with the comment about the opportunity objectives. Everytime Redding came on, I wanted to bash his doesn't-exist-in-real-life face in.

"Oh, Sam, if you're not too busy saving the world by stopping a nuclear war from breaking out, I'd like you to see if Burger King has any specials on their menus. You should be able to find three new burgers somewhere in the facility."

Arg.

Yeah, I thought they could have been slightly more intuitive, though I never had a big problem with them. It's fun to explore the levels anyways
