how can i replay parts of the game? | Forums

I finished the game, and every time Ii go into it, it puts me strait in the end scene and then the subtitles, and I don't know how to exit the subtitles without exiting the game... I want to replay memory blocks that I've finished and want to play again without starting a new game, how do I do it? And if I start a new game, will it erase the old one?
