Does your Embers and Soundtrack code work?

Anyone with code problems - needs to contact support.


You will need a photo / scan of the DLC code and the game's receipt - once you have them, please contact support and they will assist you further.

Should you not want to do that, the only other option is to contact the retailer - however they may refer you back to Ubisoft.


While I can understand people's need to post about it, there are already a few threads on the subject.

This does not help when we are trying to talk directly to people - since when there are so many threads, some may get missed.
