    Hi

    For us trying to help you it would be very nice if you did somethings for us.

    1 plz check if there is a post withe same problem if so post there
    2 plz post spec from your computer.
    3 try to say as much about when and what happens.
    4 plz keep on subject

    tnx it would make me so happy. and the mods would also jump around with joy

    Also make sure you have completely uninstalled the Beta (including removing the local files in My Documents) before installing the game. If you didn't, uninstall both the Beta and the game and do a clean install.

    ok i have the steam vr and i had they beta as well..BUT I CANT DELETE THE BETA..it dosnt show up on the steam game list(any of the otions on steam) it dosnt show up in the control panal add remove programs or whatever on vista and there is no uninstaler in the steamapps file that is houseing the data. i ran it and is fully functional(except for online) and its takeing up 6gb. so how do i uninstall the damn thing

    Hello,

    I bough a license of MMH6 today:
    Order Date: 26/08/12, 06:20 CDT
    Order Number: 18674473524

    After few minutes of playing the game crush my system and I have to restart. (I tried 10 times to play and even set the graphics to Low and the same problem appear).

    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67Ghz
    8Gb Ram
    Windows 7 64 bit
    Nvidia GeForce GT220 (all drivers up to date)

    I read all kind of similar complaints on your forum so I guess this problem is well known by your company and you are still selling this game.
    I’m a simple computer user so ideas like uninstall the game and edit registers is not for me.

    Please try to explain why you are still selling the game if it is not working and have the decency to refund my purchase.
    Please reply so I can uninstall this useless game and you can delete my license.

    By all means check all 56 pages ?
    maybe they will have used the same language so you can do a search ?
    I would like to see general catagories like those used in the HOMM online support games.

    SO yeah. Seems i´m not the only one having a game freeze-up every 5 mins or less. I wont bother posting my pc specs, because it seems useless. You´ve not replied to anyone who´s been bothered by this issue at all.
    Might be time to show some proper support and fix this rather than ignore the issue? You´ll just lose costumers and have loads of ppl demand refunds.

    Get to work sorting the bug, its been long enough
