Your idea of paint finish is nonsence
I'm familiar with the high arts of painting.

And I say No Rausatz! Why need one for planes that never had guns fitted in the first place?
    *facepalm*

The Rüstsatz is the gun being put in (in-factory or in-field), not the gun being left out.
It's what others and I have been saying for about 5 pages.

There is no Rüstsatz-designation becuse the modification is such a non-issue.

You confuse me Bromspeller. With your "R"+"U's"designations

AFAIAC. You know "Hee Haw" about Paint finnishing and "Factory Cammo"

Nothing. About Factory fitted "U" designations.
And bear scant regard to the "R" designation"Field" fitted, factory supplied (To where? applications.
Your summation.(It changes every post ) is apparently "Google Supplied".

Enjoy you Xmas. Hope you get a good book to read.

The only real plane I have ever flown in. Guess the DH. Rapide is the only REAL Plane?

Fw 190 A-8 loading plan and good bye!

Giving this old topic a bump. Below a table taken from the Fw 190 A-8 loading plan. It shows that the removal of the outer wing guns moves the CoG by 1 cm, at most. It's meant to be a closing argument WRT the claim that removal of the guns would cause the CoG to move way beyond the safe range. It does not. Because of the awful forum software upgrade this is my last post here, I'm still around on various other boards, for instance the 1C board, if there are any questions you can contact me there. Good bye everyone!
