Hey, I'm new here so be nice!

I'm totally screwed I think. I made it past the 'hall of mirrors' where you had to line the mirrors up to get past... But, I could not find any water to refresh my health. So, I saved it and moved on.

Well, I'm at the part where you walk up the platform and Farrah pulls a lever and you move up, swing around a few flagpoles and pull the lever to move the mobile-type poles to line them up to the opposite platform. Then you swing across and are supposed to jump to the opposite platform, which takes off a little life. That amount just happens to be the amount of life I have left, so I can't move on. Is there any way to do this without losing some life. Or, are there any places to refresh health? I can't believe that I would be forced to make a move that takes life off. Please help, I'm so frustrated! Thanks.

Incidently there r no water fountains here. Have u tried tuck-roll after jumping?
RU on console or PC?

There is a fountain of life upstairs.
If you drink from the lower fountain before climbing, you should have enough health by the time you reach the fountain of life.

That was one of the best rooms in the game.
Great puzzle solving needed.
You can get lost trying to figure out to where to go next.
