    it says that all of my specs are fine expt the procesor so if i changed it will my pc run the game fast?

    Don't refer CYRI or any other thing like this. Your graphics card is weak. You need something better than the 9400 GT.
    That's why I suggested GeForce GT 430. That's balanced between cost and performance.
    And yeah, processor's a bit weak too. Go for a new one (eg. at least E7500, but preferably Core i3, i5) if you're getting a new PC build, but otherwise just keep it. Even though weak, it can handle Brotherhood, as it's not a CPU intensive game.

    If one part is all you can afford right now, go for the graphics card. That will give you a significant improvement.
