Thread: Ban policy? | Forums

I'm just curious if RSV will have any sort of ban policy for players who abuse cheating devices or in-game glitches, like Resistance does.

If not, do you guys think it should? (I personally do)

Definitely. That stuff in rfom was ridiculous until the bans started.

Well not at the moment cause I'm sure there aren't any glitchers and glitches in the game yet. But later on in the year we will sure need a ban policy like resistance. More like you can report in-game.

Not quite sure what you would classify this as but I joined a server one night and it was just some kid and myself. The match was on retrieval and as soon as I got there he said "Ok Jonny, dont shoot each other and watch this", my name isnt Jonny btw.

So for the 10 minute match I watch him run canisters and he has me grab a couple. After the match we both got crazy amount of points. Next match starts and he says something along the lines "Hey Jonny, this is the best way to rank up."

Before the next one starts I ask who this Jonny character is and next thing I know I was removed from the server.

^^ That is called boosting, my friend, and it's a reprehensible yet inevitable tactic in any online game like this.
