Thread: Why no Online play? | Forums

  1. #1
this game looks so cool but with the online play i think this game can truly become a great one. This game kinda remindes me of splinter cell so couldnt there be a online like that. (4v4) 4 assassins versus 4 guards. What do you guys think?

Also the reason i love multiplayer is because in a game that is great like i belive this one will be, multiplayer helps the game live on and keeps people interested in it even after they have beat the story mode time and time again.

i personally see barely any similarities between AC and Splinter Cell other than ubisoft made em. and as most said id rather play a perfect, fun single player than an ok one with ok multiplayer<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

True, Pandora Tomorrow was the first one using multiplay.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

The first Splinter Cell didn't support multiplayer. The following ones (PT,CT,DA) all have multiplayer and the mode is really cool .

I think not adding multiplayer to AC was a good decision, first concentrate on the whole story/gameplay. Maybe if there's another AC we'll see multiplayer but games like the Elder Scroll Series have made it far only with singleplayer .

People still go back and play GTA even after they beat that story why would you just put aside Assassin's? same concept big world to explore and what you want when ya want some side quests to do it's good i'm sure you'll go back and play assassin's all the time even after you beat it -_-

If this game could somehow put an online aspect into the game, then it would be game of the year material. (Who says its already not going to be though?)

if they do create an online multiplay they should definitely focus on perfecting the singleplay first. that's just a given.
