Re 2. I don't think it's possible. One of my annoyances with this program is exactly that, it's difficult to vary my own exercise routine...e.g. I don't want to do the sleeve busting arm workout for 11 sessions on the trot as I would prefer to do a different type of workout interspersed but I'm stuck with cardio, sculpting or toning by the look of it.
