First i install game then when i go to play for the first time it cannot connect to server try turning off anti virus and firewall but still nothing WHY!!!!!!! look like a good game Two bad I cannot play it.

I thought 2070 wasn't released till Friday.

It may be due to the game not being officially released in your region, or a local issue with your firewall or software.


Please contact Ubisoft Support - remember you will need to contact them from the account you intend to register the games CD Key to.

The activation key should have come when you purchased the game. If not then please contact the store you bought it from, you can also contact technical support with proof of purchase.

I install the game but when the autopatcher comes on I get to 16/23 and it stops. This was after I fully installed the game and I was told to uninstall it as UPLAY game launcher was not found... any help on this??

i cannot activate my anno cause the activation window is invisible any sugestions ?I can type in in i think, but it is invisible, the window is actualy lunched but the grafics isnt.
