ahaha "D'Oh!" i love it.. brilliant

This might be a slight problem (given a mathematical equasion)

American + Copyright laws * the words law + suit = good chance

If you understand what i mean, if not, basicly knowing the American nature to just Sue the pants of the person next to you then i hope this wont get noticed by either company.

Well , I could be wrong but I think there have been companies using similar handprints since before Ubi/Cyan introduced them in Uru .

I think you are right, Kurt. Actually, I think that handprint symbol is from the Anasazi Indian petroglyphs. You see it a lot in the US Southwest. I doubt that Cyan/Ubi have a trademark on it.

Handmark have had that symbol for ages.

    And no pun intended!

This from a long time Palm user for which Handmark sells software.

There's a trademark on the specific design of the Journey handprint used in Uru, which might include some sort of background design like the Cloth, or not... I dunno. There is (IIRC) a TM symbol beside the Journey hand on the Uru shirts we got at Cyan this Mysterium.
