Since I have asked a question to your Solution Center since 26/5 but up to today there isn't any response from you. So that I try to post a question here to look for solution.

I have problem to read the save.
When I continue to play the game on the other day, it can load to my last check point but all of my upgrade points are missing.
I have tried to login out and login in again, turn off and turn on the 360 and delete the Autosave data and try the Autosave backup data but it also can't retrieve my upgrade points save data. How come it has happen to me?
Anything you can help me now? I don't want to replay since I have at least 5 upgrade points already. It will cause me feeling bad to play again because of the upgrade point. Even I decided to play again and am afraid the upgrade points will missing again.
