i've installed XIII but i can only play the intro..(on the beach) then it is loading.. and suddenly its quiting the game...is it a software?

Try my unofficial patch 1.4b2 - http://www.corrupt.ic.cz/downloads.php - it probably solves your problem. But it requires full installation of XIII.

If the previous solution doesn't work, download this savegame, unpack it to the {game_directory}\SAVE directory and load a profile called Greno_:
