Brotherhood Limited Codex Edition bonus content missing [RESOLVED] | Forums

Hello,

So I've bought Limited Codex Edition with comes with 2 additional MP chars (Harlequin and Officer), as well as 2 SP maps and Drachen Armor for Ezio. I haven't checked SP stuff yet, but as for MP goes - I can only see Harlequin in characters list (customization), and when I choose it it says its locked and I need to go to uPlay, with has not yet working store.
Maybe I should mention, that when I first attempted to use my EXTRAS code it said it was incorrect. On second attempt it claimed that code was already used, so I'm not sure if first try worked or what? How can I check if that code didn't bug itself, was stolen or sth?

I wrote ticket to support, but maybe someone else can help me before they do.

I have the same problem ! And to be honest, I don't know what to do. I've paid for Codex edition with DLC and now i don't have it. Ubisoft - please do something.

Ah and one more thing. I'm living in Poland and i think that Paziek is living there too. So maybe it's some sort of localization problem with DLC ?

Yes, I actually do live in Poland, but I have installed this game in English, as I don't want to risk bumping into poor quality translation. But maybe there is something in what you say, not sure.

I'm in Australia and just bought the codex edition a few hours ago. I am experiencing the exact same problem where I tried the code once and it said it was invalid and trying a second time, says it's been used. Tried both ways, with/without dashes and capital and small case lettering. Still no go.

I've just installed the game and went to input my code and am having the same problem with content not being available even though it says my code is active.

Received codex edition. Tried to input the code for the extras and it comes up with an invalid error message.Tried a second time and it returns a already been used message

i have the same problem as Defjam00 i jsut recieved the limited codex edition today for PC after months or waighting extra months for it to be released. and it came up with the same 2 messages.

hmmm. I've had this happen before with newly purchased games on release day where the exclusive DLC isn't 'active' yet. If it's not active you'd get the mssage that the code is invalid. Same thing happened with Transformers:WFC on PS3 and it's promo DLC. The DLC eventually became 'active' about a week or so after release.

Hopefully Armaron is right because I'm from Australia and I just got the game today and had experienced the same problem as everyone else here =(
