Because its a reliable,simple gun that can be self-modified into a full auto or burst fire. And the model MT6400C is the best-looking civilian M4 out there.

Well in California, unless you already own it you cannot buy it. That and any clone is classified as a California Assult Weapon so no nice. Getting the permit in CA for any class 3 weapon (Full-Auto) is exceptionally difficult. In Arizona you can still own both but you won't find even a basic semi-auto for under $1000.00. More like $2,500-3,500 for a pre-ban configuration depending where you find it.
