I love the game play and modes for AC but i ofted wondered what it would be like if thay added a game mode that has clan battles and not just hideing and assassinating the other team but to introduce sword fighting with some abbility to counter...any agree?

This type of suggestion has been given numerous times already. We are Abstergo Agents learning how to assassinate our targets with stealth and skill, not to challenge them to duels and hope to win. So I will provide you a question that I gave to previous, similar threads:

"What's to keep people from blocking and wait for a counter?" It just becomes a staring contest at that point. Also, unless measures are made, what's to stop players from 'gaining up' on someone in mid-combat?

I, personally, prefer to keep my single campaign and multiplayer mechanics seperate. But that's just me.

yea your right about the gainging up part but hey it was just an idea and im sure it was asked numerous of times. and i know what we are its not like i am going to talk about something i dont know.

I've thought that coldblood. Another idea, that i've had that is probably crappy, is if you are wearing a disguise it should be for a set time limit and not undisguise after you make a kill, anyone??
