Is this an official UBI Forum?

If not, I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction of forwarding this to the correct person.

If so, I have an issue with Myst IV and would therefore appreciate some follow up to:

041007-000308

12 days without ANY form of contact from you is beginning to annoy me.

I know it's ONLY A GAME but it would be nice if I could play the ****ed thing.........
