I just started playing Prince of Persia the sands of time and I can't belive how awesome it is...
I'm facing problems though...
I am there where the Prince has to fight his father who has into a living zombie....I cant stop killing the other goons and they are kinda pissing me off because they never stop coming again and again.
What must i do to finish that part?
How can I reduce his dad's strength?

You will be fighting many such battles in the game.
It takes quite a while to get used to the controls.

Learn how to back-flip away from an enemy so that when they surround you, you may back-flip out of that ambush.
Learn how to tumble-roll to your left or right.
When you rewind time, watch the dagger's curved status bar. You should do your best to avoid being hit while the dagger's bar continues back to full power.
Learn how to wall-rebound attack your opponents.
Leave the father as your last opponent.

When Farah shoots an arrow at a sand creature, attack that already wounded creature.
Do not stay too close to Farah. The sand creatures go more towards you than to Farah unless you are standing too close to her.
Take time to kill a creature who is harming Farah, and then distance yourself away from Farah.

thanks kakalukiajay...they are hard to kill mostly the bluwe goons than the red ones...
there is also some kind of red health bar that apperas to the right of the screen, which corresponds to the Prince's father I think...
when is it reduced??? an how can i empty it all?

That is Farah's health bar in the form of her bow.
You want to keep that value high (all red).
If she dies, you fail. The game will ask you to retry or quit.

I see...I saw it very low and very high...thankfully she didnt die...
but I keep dying and I cant find a way to defeat the guys...even when I am patient and wait for the opportunity I end up loosing a lot of health.
How many of those zombie guards do I have to kill before I fight withe the Prince's father?

Stuck again...now in another part...I'm in the part "Out of the well" and I have to swing, jump and jump back to the rope to activate both buttons...
When I jump back the rope is always too far and I fall and die of course.
I tried doing the moves of the walkthrough but I didn't succeed either.
Any hints please?

Most people prefer "slowing time" while jumping. That appears to be the easiest way out.

I, however, do the following without slowing down time.
Climb up the rope three times to give some slack to the rope so that it whips.
Swing the rope a few times to build momentum.
As you are falling back away from the switch, jump to the wall switch and then jump back to the rope.
The best place to jump back off the wall is near the bottom of the wall switch.
You may need to press combination buttons of <Jump>+<direction> to "long jump" back to the rope.

Rotate around so that you face the yellow wall switch. Climb up the rope three times. You again need a little slack in the rope.
Swing on the rope. As you fall away from the wall switch, jump to the wall switch, then quickly jump back to the rope.
You may need to press combination buttons of <Jump>+<direction> to "long jump" back to the rope.

Quickly jump off the rope to the drawbridge and run out of that horrid room!

I didnt know that I could make a long jump with jump+direction button...silly me....Ill try it thanks a lot
