Okay, i have 66 flags, these include the 18 from the secret locations, i have bought all the Flag maps that are available to me and collected all the flags that are on the map, but there seems to be a problem because there all gone and im only at 66, I've looked about and found other flags but there not marked on the map, this is making them very monotonous to find, am i missing something, by the way, the Flag display is definately turned ON!
Turn everything else off. Might be a few UNDER the other Icons.
However, you probably aren't looking for flag icons, and missed them.
Another possibility is you're bugged.
Double check you have bought every map from each district.
Have you definitely unlocked the whole map/all districts.
Switch off all Icons besides the flags.
