I just want to let you know that CSI sucks right now. I am losing my cases and the progress in thoses cases also i just tried to upgrade my ballistics equiment and right in the middle of it you had server issues. You took my $30,000 and did not give me my equipment. That is not right you guys need to fix these issues or i will quit playing and take as many friend with me because this is getting old real quick. I want either my $30,000 or my equipment please. Here is a thought get a bigger server to keep up with the number of people who are playing your games.

Ok. This is my first post, but I have been watching all posts since I started playing this game.

No "suggestion" that any of the developers, programmers, moderators, etc. have made to increase my chance of being able to load has worked. It's not going to work either. The loading problem is purely that the server is too small. I understand that this is in BETA stages. But, think about this. What are you going to do when you truly release this game? It's simply a ridiculous and idiotic excuse for everyone to be having the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS and it be OUR PROBLEM?! Get real. Upgrade your server now instead of telling us it's our problem. If I am still having trouble loading in one week, I'm removing this app and game. Others will probably follow suit.

Case time SHOULD STOP when not being played. It's stupid to keep the timer running when we aren't and/or CAN'T play. Again, this CAN be fixed. So guess what? FIX IT!

Please do not end whatever reply you give this post by thanking me for my patience and support. My patience is gone. Plus, it's just a game anyways. I can find something else to do in my spare time.

Come to think of it, why do the moderators keep on enabling the game to be played while they're fixing it? Isn't it better to shut it down for awhile just to get it fixed? If I were to choose:

a) Play the game with the ongoing errors (which is pretty ridiculous)
b) Play the game after a week because of the server shutdown to get it fixed and no server issues

so common sense. sickandtired84's right, keeping the timer running when we cant play is infuriating. I've had enough of those endings where patience and support come together.

and dont forget to buy more UBI credits for upgrades

We have in no way claimed this to be "your fault". We're well aware that we need to address the server issues and are doing so right now as we've stated.

In regards to the case timer running while out of the game, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into account. It should be noted that we altered the case rating to make it easier to achieve a rating of more than one badge with a recent update to the game.

Oh, yes you have, at least implied it to be our fault. "Clear your cache, clear your history, upgrade everything..." Blah blah blah. "Keep refreshing until you can get in." All these things you tell us to do implies that it isn't YOUR server that is the TRUE problem. NO!! Even when everybody actual does these things, the game still won't load and work. The ONLY thing that needs to be done is YOU GET A BIGGER SERVER! YOU want this game out and played so you can make money. Ever heard "you have to spend money to make money?" Put the money out to get a sustainable server! Easy answer and fix to an easy problem.

We're aware of what needs to be done and are working on it.
