what's going on??? After i bought HeroesV and installed, i got this warning <span class="ev_code_RED">"This application has failed to start because d3dx925.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."</span> anyone can help or plz send me one copy of it to me....

Install the directx that comes with the game.
It's on your dvd/cd.

i already reinstall it 5 times. And my problem still same also the directX i installed seems don't need to update. i am using RADEON9200 SE AGP.

i had this when installing

i installed the game and choose not to install Direct X as i had just got the new version a day or so earlier. When i got the error message i didnt reinstalled the game just when into the DVD Drive and found the Direct x folder and just launched its install from there.. worked like a treat

Some files are not in the standard version of DirectX. Something similar was the case with Civ4.

Also it is good to reboot the machine after installing the game AND DX.

installed directx from the site, got
d3dx925.dll but there is still an error while starting the game.
could it be a problem with my sound or video device?
