Many people seem to be having a problem using certain joystick models when playing the PC version. The test team primarily used Xbox-style control pads during the test and several top brands of joystick. A few issues have been caught by the test team and will be addressed with the patch.

Im sorry but 99% of people playing flying games on the pc use a joystick.How long does it take to test a joystick ,5 mins.
This is a serious major flaw in a major title.Im speechless how such a massive cockup could have been allowed,they should all be sacked!!

Just had the game for 2 hours. Been looking forward to it for weeks. JS (logitech extreme) having same problems as everyone else and no dedicated server = Total waste of money

Somebody please remind me never to buy a game again until it's been out a couple of weeks and the reviews are being posted

My SideWinder2 does not work with this game...??? Its a Top Stick, and should work with this Game...!!!

None - I tested several with the PC demo. You people are UBI need to wake up to yourselves!

Same probs here. Logitech Extreme 3d,, not even going to try the MS2 FF stick.

Doesn't recognize the controls ingame, even though they are configured in the option menu. Throttle not working,rudder always on to left problem too--I took this puppy off the H/D. Seems UBI has given us Letdown (AKA Lockdown) for the skies.

It is not on my buy list right now and unless the joystick problem is commpletley resolved I would even bother trying the demo again. Cmon UBI, fully testing it with Joysticks, what's up with that??

Yes, this is really a BUMMER...<:-(( The next Problem is to see if Ubi will let me return this BUMMER...???

just ran the demo, I have a MS SW FF2 stick, the only thing I could get to work on it was twisting the stick all the way left for accel and button 6 to fire! the trigger didn't work nor did the throttle/ slider control. I don't really want to play this having to use the keyboard and joystick just to do simple flying methods. I am going back to my XBOX. If these are the same probs as the full PC version, I can see why it is TOTAL waste of money. It just doesn't work! Completely inoperable! I really cannot beleive this game was released with all the issue, not even 5 minutes into THE demo, and me as a novice simmer cannot grab onto the functionality of getting to know the game. TOO MUCH WORK!
