If it is in the same house, is it probably a router issue. My brother, or kimi's case my sister, and I have had this problem and can easily be fixed. Just look at the thread that was posted about this and it should be resolved

Didn't help for me. Just bought a second copy and I can't use it.

I've filed a question via the support page, and attached the two files they requested.

strange, that's why there is a help page that solves this problem eh?
