    ARGGGHHHH what is the problem?!??! DOes any one know? i restarted steam verified files, everything! Please help!

    best to try and take the disk to wherever you bought it for an exchange. sounds like you just got a bad disc.

    I've only ever seen this occur with an illegal copy, I've only had this happen with my copied games, never a legitimate game.

    If you DO have the legit version, take it back, OR you could copy the contents to your hard drive, and install off your hdd rather than the discs, have you checked your disc for scratches and finger prints, etc?
