Thread: Ubisoft legal issue | Forums

patience is a virtue........ let us all show we are better then ubisoft and not fly off the handle half baked. give them an opportunity to take care of this. after all other software manufacturers (microsoft for one and other game makers as others)have had issues with their released software and did handle it as much as possible and as fast as possible and when they couldnt satisfy a customer they did offer refund/exchange programs.

i say this..... give ubisoft alittle more time to either come up with a fix that addresses as many of the issues as possible in a second patch or set up a refund/exchange plan of some sort.

    NOTE :
it is a law in the US to misrepresent a salable item and collect money for it if it is a defective product (meaning FRAUD) without offering either an exchange for a working one or refund of money or exchange for a product of equal value. now if ubisoft releases a second patch that corrects the issues or as many issues as possible then they wouldnt be liable or able to have legal action taken against them (class action suit).
