Is it realtime? I cant tell, it looks like the other stuff shown in the screen shots, but it justs looks too **** good when you actually see it moving too be true.

CG renderings on a Mac G5.
The E3 cinematic trailer is a pre-rendered CGI trailer. It is not from an Xbox 360 build of GR3, its soley for show. All of the other videos from the 360 version, on that page, are rendered on an Xbox 360 Alpha kit, a modified Mac G5.

You also have to remember that the alpha kits they were using at e3 were only running at a quarter speed that they would be on the xbox 360 so the graphics in the final version may not be to far off from the cinematic trailer that is cgi.
