Thread: Joystick Deadzone Fix? | Forums

  1. #1
I read in one of the threads here that someone had fixed the problem with the joystick deadzone. Can anyone here shed any light on this as I know many of us would love to be rid of this problem.

Nothing yet so I take it the rumors aren't true. Not too surprising. Will have to wait for a fix from Ubi looks like.

Nah mate.. I've looked into every single file related to Hawx and nothing resembled dead zones or sensitivity or linearity.

One config file did look particularly interesting with quite a few numbers, axis's and such...but no changes occurred when i tested it various times.

So yeah we need to wait for Ubi, not even Logitech's software can override hawx's dead zones with my joystick.

Every joystick + the mouse suffer from it mate. Only the 360 controller doesn't but its too sensitive to make the tiniest of adjustments to do some of the extreme challenges like fly upside down at 35 altitude in assistance off mode.
