I accidentally accepted the feather before doing all the investigations in block 5, and I just need to do it before going on!

So now to the question, is it possible, and if so, could anyone please supply a map for investigations 1, 4 and 6 in Acre (Memory Block 5, Middle District)

Yes, it's possible. You need to exit the game and re-enter first though. Then you'll need to talk to the bureau leader again.
