It has been reported that some of you are having issues with their Steam keys or did not received it yet.

Please email us by using the addresses below, with the appropriate subject accordingly to your case.

You will receive a new key <span class="ev_code_RED">within 72 hours</span>.

Please make sure to follow the instructions to enter your key in Steam described at www.rusegame.com/beta .
If your key does not work after this procedure, please contact us at ruse.community@ubisoft.com with :
- subject [UBI] RUSE VIP Beta : Steam Key Not Working
- your key specified in the email.

You entered a key like RUSE-XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX at www.rusegame.com/vipbeta and did not receive your key by email yet. Please contact us at ruse.community@ubisoft.com with:
- subject [RUS] RUSE VIP Beta : Steam Key Not Received
- your VIP code specified in the email.


<span class="ev_code_RED">You do not need to email us more than once, each demand will be dealt with, within a maximum of 72 hours.</span>

Thank you Wuzzi! You're awesome. I'd suggest changing the title to BETA key issues just for clarification, because some people may infer it to be In Game issues and skip over it.

How about the keys one have gotten from the game site, there's no longer a place to redeem these keys, does that render them all useless? cause that'd be one hell of a crappy move.

www.rusegame.com/vipbeta - redirects to another site.

And, there's no way to redeem the token we've all gotten from the gamesites... Either your web master is gonna get a boot up his.... soon, or this is intended and u'll make a lot of people sitting with a token reaaaaaally sad...

I'd like an update on this..

That falls into case 2, even though you did not enter it in the site.

Is that simply just the token / key i've been given u want me to send along like written at the start of case 2?

(Steam Key not recieved) <- Just did this, because key finally worked late last night but didn't recieve steam key.

As the hours keep approaching, i can't help but wonder, is there any specific mails you guys don't reply to, such as gmail, hotmail ?

Personally i'm a hotmail user so...
