Same problem here. I went to buy the L3 Light Table. It took my 60k in cash, then timed out and gave me an error. I refreshed my browser and it took all the cash without giving me the blasted table. It'll be a real downer if I just have to shrug and go 'lol, oh well'. It took a long time to earn that much.

I just lost 60k! I was trying to buy the Chemical Analyzer 3, paid for it, and then it went to an error "please refresh..". Did that, found my 60k gone and no equipment achieved. So, what to do?

I bought Tweezers 3 and it popped up with an error. Refreshed like instructed and now I have no Tweezers 3 and lost the money.

Same here. I tried to buy the workbench level 3. It took my money and no workbench

Same thing for me, Microscope 3, took the money, then gave a server error. Logging back in, money is gone, but no upgrade.

I have working on the case "Flood Runoff Ditch"...I have searched 100%, and have finished processing all of the evidence. I have not been able to finish the case...am I missing something?

hi i just wanted to let the devs know that i as playing csi on facebook i was purchasing a lvl 3 ballists station and server went off line now i dont have the lvl3 ballistics station and my 30000 is gone also

Had the same problem, 30K gone, but no lab upgrade.

so far i've lost $25,000 worth of upgrades and a medium coffee due to server crashes. is there anyway to recover these funds? normally i wouldn't complain but i actually pay to support your game and that's quite a few additional tool upgrades i need now.
