    Okay, I haven't seen anyone else ask or anyone say anything, so...

    What's up? The game has been down since yesterday afternoon. If y'all are going to do that kind of extended maintenance on it, you should really send out a message or something.

    Or is it just me?

    And again,,, after a Maint. I lost ALL progress on my episode (case 01-05, hotel room) I only had 4 squares left, all the evidence turned in and I come back this morning to find the maint, come back tonite, maint done, but have to start over,,, again. The last maint made me repeat the club house on case 01-04. There should be a way for you to do Maint, and for us NOT to lose our progress. Also I agree with SensualSoul (Heather) that if there is going to be an extended maint post it in the forums or send an email plz

    Oh, and now that we're back, I'm having to repeat all of my progress on "First Cut is the Deepest" - a case I had CLOSED! as well as "Tanked." This meant re-doing several levels. Why does this keep happening?

    Hello Mr. Crime ~

    I do understand that the game had to have been rolled back to fix some issues that were happening. After all it's beta and these things need to be done on occasion. However, I had used 15 Ubicredits that I had to buy 5 espresso energy drinks and they were sitting in my items page. Now they espressos are gone and so are my credits. Is there anything that can be done about this please?

    SensualSoul- Thank you for your note and concern. Unfortunately, this maintenance period was entirely unplanned or we would have notified our users. Once we were back up and operational, we sent out a message via the Early Access Group page. All expected maintenance will be announced on our Facebook app page (http://facebook.com/csicimecity) in the future.
