Ok, love the game. Now I,ve been playing the career mode for awhile now, on my third mission that is. While I'm out at sea during my patrol, why is it that when I go to my crew management screen, some of my crew have explannation points (!) on them? And also, can anyone tell me what sites I can go to to get mods for this game? Thank you!

It means that your crew is tired. You can put them in bow or stern quarters. If you have a medic, you can put him with them.
You can swap between rested crew and tired crew by right clicking on the room name where crew is tired.
Crew management is automatic when there is time compression (> 32x I think).
