Will Ghost Recon Online run on mac? | Forums

I was just wondering if GR:O will work on a iMac without the need of Bootcamp or and emulation software? This is a browser base game and they (Usually) seem to work on Macs.

Hi TheZerby,

As much as we would like to cover all platforms, for now we are only gearing GRO towards the PC.

Also, GRO is not a browser based game. You'll need to download and install a client in order to play it.

Well thanks for the firm and quick answer none the less. Do you think in the future you'll plan to make it compatible with Mac? You guys have been doing such a great job recently with your games (Assassins's Creed 2 and Brotherhood, PoP08, ect.) Plus the older installations of the series were eventually.

Nothing is impossible. We're always open to reaching out to all gamers if there's a way to. We'll definitely shout it out to everybody should the we have a Mac version in the future.

i wanna play this game to and i did play through bootcamp but i dont have that much space on my bootcamp so i hed to delete it. so please put some time in to porting it it would be a great game to have on my mac

I was so happy to find SC:Conviction on steam and mac app store and maybe you can do that with maybe ghost recon and other games e.g. SC:Blacklist (Please) and CSI.

I hope the devs make GRO available for mac as well. You know, in case there are downtimes in the office.lol
