dang! the orc sure does look intimidating
Anyone thinking what I am thinking from this artwork? Maybe all the late discussion over what faction is aligned with the Jungle Tileset, is in fact the orcs. The main orc type unit has jade/greenstone plates which is very similar to polynesian designs. The whole Aztec/Polynesian flavor is great. I look forward to seeing more. Really happy about the Harpies being put here, they seem to fit in great. I am very pleased with this islander theme, hope it takes off.
While I wasnt a huge fan of the orcs in H5 these guys look really promising. Love the fact that harpies are back.
The base harpy looks like the Brazilian Parrot. That's weird.

Yeah, it is a bit more colourful than I expected.
They look badass. I'm very glad that Orcs are included. I hope the champion unit is a Wyvern...or maybe even a Cyclops.
Cyclops would be nice.Originally posted by Jester64:

Nicer still would be if Black Hole surprised us.

Can we get a confirmation as to whether or not they are on Jungle? I'm praying they aren't, but it seems likely.
I do hope the Behemoth is the Level 7...
Bring back the swamp town! Long Live Tatalia!
I mentioned this over on Celestial Heavens, but in regards to the Harpies, if you played Final Fantasy XIII, they look a lot like the Daemons (Incubus/Succubus, Skata'ne/Stikini, Yaksha/Yakshini, Rakshasa). If these things run up to you, do a spinning back kick, and then return, it's gonna basically be the same creature.![]()
