    I want to make an unofficial trailer for Far Cry.My question is, Is it legal for me to use part of the In-Game videos?

    I would check the terms of use for this site and the EULA for the game to give a clearer answer.

    My personal impression is that as long as your vid isnt bringing UBI/Crytek into disrepute and you credit your source, they wouldnt have a problem...

    (Tries to get rid of the image of Jack, Val and a Trigen in XXX action )

    But as I say thats just my personal view
