How do u get the 360 theme? And how do u put ur gamertagintoyour profile so i can get some actions otherwiseit wont no

When playing the game via the main menu access the UPlay menu (press Y), you can then link your gamertag to your Ubisoft account

You can then request rewards via the UPlay options
