    Darn I was hoping to have Roland Emmerich out there with a camera trying to film the sequal.

    This article basically explains that the Mayan calender has many dates where things change for them and it is really just Western Christians putting thier beliefs on the Mayans.

    Eh..i never really believed any of that stuff anyway..kinda hokey to me..but guess its good to know that they have some facts to back up that the world isnt going to go to chaos in 2012..id like to live alittttttlllleee bit longer

    So i question what doomsday scenerio comes after 2012 that people will be "afraid of". I think we can all recall the Y2K panic....and by panic I mean the sensible ones calling bull****.

    That was a very interesting read! Especially about Monument six, I'd read some articles that mentioned it, but didn't really understand its archeological significance until now.
