Hero's only learn 4 spells | Forums

[Dacarian]

A Hero can only learn 4 spells before having to take skills to increase this number by a whopping 3?
1) This is to low considering there are 9 spells for each school and a magic hero will have two schools, thus 18 spells.
2) This should be explained a little better. The current GUI shows you 7 places without taking any extra skills, so I assumed that it was 7 spells before you took the skills that increased this by 3, and I also thought you could do that twice, once for each school. I now think that you can only add 3 once.

True, 4 spells max in the book without skill, and 7 with.
Btw you can unlearn used spells (just click on) to learn others.

Ah great! That might make it 'ok' to only have 7 if you can swap them in and out. Thanks.
