Could someone advise me what the Controller configuration would be for Rainbow Six Patriot...
I have the use of only my left hand and therefore rely on using my Thumb, Index, Pinky to play.
It would be good if the Take Covers/Fire Trigger especially could be interchangeable or/and the Take Cover Trigger could have a HOLD Toggle switch.

No idea dude about the controller configuration, the game is in it's early stages of development! So details are not going to be concrete!
As with most first person shooters the controls should be configurable in game. If, it's not I could suggest a macro gamepad it will let you custom mount the controls through the actual controller.
Alternatively, the ever so popular kinect could be a way of playing.

Just because a calender is ending doesn't mean the world's going with it. When a calender runs out, you buy a new one, usually without panic.
