Yes, they disappear. I believe they last 20-25 seconds. I could be wrong about the EXACT length but they definately DO expire.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Yeah...it basicly sends a false single to the mercs making them think that you are in the area...so if you cant get away in 20 sec..then i dunno..but try to put them behind something if you can..cause they are very viewable...
