I have been trying for days to get ubi to help me with this problem and even they dont seem to have a answer has any one elce had problems with logins to to play on line for ride or die? i have come to the end of idears on how to atucaly get in to the game i have tryed allmy login details from the site they dont work i have tryed my sony login that dose not work. Every thing i try i just get the aswer can not athentcate user name and pass word try again any idear help is badly needed thanks mhasler@ntlworld.com

I put in a request to resend you registrtion details to via email. I imagine you will get an automated response from Ubi with that information. Not sure if this will help you solve you issue, but maybe it is a step in the right direction m8, Post back and let us know if this was of any help or not.

on ubicom you can just reregister see if that helps, you have to enter a password and nametag when you first join/log onto ubicom to register, have you done that?

another one is press control alt delete all together, look in the processes, if GS4.exe is running before you try to start ubicom, shut it down (END TASK) it is part of ubicom but it sometimes gets stuck and as its running still when it trys to initialize ubicom if prevents it connecting, that can prevent you running ubicom properly.... another thing, have you got your firewall set to let ubicom through and your game too? if not it will stop you logging on, if that fails then....

reinstall the game server, download this first before doing anything

Then go to remove programmes and uninstall ubicom ONLY >>>> NOT THE GAME, when done delete the folder called core from inside your ubi.com folder which is located in your program files..

then reinstall the game server, it should auto run
