Thread: South Paw: Any word on this control setup? | Forums

Well, I guess without using an alias, but this would be the X & Y controls switched. Anyway, has any play testing been done with this setup, or is the controller FULLY customizable? I ask as my wife plays with an inverted && swapped setup, and most games dont seem like they have been play tested with this.

Example: (and I apologize for using this game) Halo 2 -- There is a southpaw setup, however, the jump button cannot be moved to a trigger (which, in that game, is an important button). As a result, Her movement stick has to be released in-order to jump, which renders jumping useless (or, you have to be a contortionist to get it to be useful).

Any word of how customizable or if a 'lefty' custom set has been thought of and play tested?

    Thanks!

Ps. I am the lefty and use the general setup (well ambidexterous), and she is PURE righty, and plays that way -- go figure
