Hey guys, I am interested in how everyone runs thier clans just to maybe get any ideas I could use to better my clan. This just seems like a thread we can all use and get away from just recruiting.
Post any things you guys do to keep your clan running smooth.
Heres some info on what we do:
We have 2 servers and 16 peeps. We diveded the clan into two seperate teams, Alpha & Bravo (8 a side). We have on our Alpha team the guys that play the most which seemed to be best. The Bravo team is made up of the peeps that just cant put in as much time. We only want 8 peeps per server to always allow FWF to play with FWF and never be forced to fight against each other unless wanted. We scrim with each other all the time but it just seems to make sense to us to be able to fill one server with FWF 8x8 or have 8 FWF peeps on a side on pub nights on two servers at the same time. Of course we split up when needed to make teams even.
We set the teams up to play 4 leagues. Alpha 2 leagues(TWL&CAL) and of course Bravo 2 as well(OGL&was SG but SG is dead so moving to a new one). We try to use Alpha guys for Alpha matches and so on, then sub from both teams as needed. It seems if we tried to set two different divisions on say TWL we would have to break them up and only have 8 peeps on a team and that will not work for sub's on a 7x7 if two guys couldnt make it.
Just some info about how we have our teams set up. Im interested in what you guys are up to.
