Upon the release of Rainbow Six Lockdown on PC you'll be able to mod the game to tailor it to your own desires. Full details are below:
Create Multiplayer or Single Player Mods
Modify weapon, equipment, and projectile data
Rate of Fire
Select Single shot, Burst, or Full Auto
Accuracy
Clip Size
Damage
Projectile type
Etc…
Create challenging new missions and campaigns using existing maps and assets
Remix/Rework existing missions
Modify Team Rainbow and Merc attributes
Health
Accuracy
Weapon, item, and projectiles
Etc…
Alter Multiplayer Game Mode settings and Object placement
Change global settings and modifiers to tweak gameplay to your liking

anyone read that and not feel to impressed???
